Intro:

ArtherapyHQ was founded as a community of female change makers who use creative experiences to heal ourselves and to inspire others. We believe that by sharing artistic moments, we can solve for a future without violence towards women.  We are launching a digital platform for women to share their stories and an offline art therapy experience in Amsterdam.

We are looking for a volunteer to support our digital marketing campaign from strategy to execution. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our founder, who has created and delivered Digital Marketing offers in small businesses, startups, and enterprise consulting firms. We are building a highly collaborative team and are looking for to bring your creativity, expertise, and desire to learn to the table. What’s best is that your efforts will directly impact providing solutions for women to heal.

Do you want to take a lead role in a Digital Marketing position and bring awareness to our mission? Are you a data driven, enthusiastic team player who is looking for the chance to kick start their career? Do you have experience or interest in digital marketing and the world or online? Do you want to gain experience in areas such as Google Analytics, Marketing Automation, CRM Management, and Brand Content creation? This internship offers you the opportunity to do all of the above and gain real world insight to compliment your studies.

Requirements:

• Current or previous study at a college / university level of education in the fields of English, International Business, Marketing & Communications, Publishing, & Business Administration or similar.

• Experience or some demonstrable knowledge in online / digital marketing. Either a previous internship or something that is part of their current studies

• Experience or some demonstrable knowledge or digital advertising (especially social).

• A data driven mindset with the ability to digest and report on performance data

• A strong command of English 

• Knowledge of GSuite and Google Analytics is a plus

• Knowledge of statistical analysis is a plus

• Knowledge of CRO is a plus

The Role:

• Analyzing Google Ads performance data to build upon current campaigns as well as identifying new opportunities.

• Creation of sales driven ad copy for Google Ads.

• Creation of Facebook & Instagram campaigns both in terms of campaign setup and copywriting.

• Assisting the marketing automation process as well as content optimization for on-going & upcoming email campaigns
